SPS Tower demonstrates integrity in our commitment to green initiatives. From the original construction into a LEED-certified office building to today’s everyday opportunity to recycle used technology, the building is committed to operating efficiently and sustainably.Besides recommending behaviors that reduce overhead and office consumption, building management offers a recycling program that can be customized to any office and provides guidance on the proper disposal of assorted waste. Since awareness is crucial to educating occupants on the benefits of sustainability, SPS Tower partners with EPA, U.S. Green Building Council, and others in promoting energy and resource efficiency through local efforts to national campaigns. Our commitment to being Green is evident in our many certifications. Those certifications are the foundation of our commitment to considering new ideas – like a butterfly garden or geothermal heating and cooling – into the future. SPS Tower has been ENERGY STAR compliant since 2001. The building has earned LEED- EB Gold certification 2013 and is currently WELL Certified.
