Situated on largest green space of any class A building downtown Minneapolis, Turf Club offers a seven-hole putting green, lawn games, a covered pavilion, and a large outdoor gathering space. Spanning 2.5 acres, our outdoor oasis offers tenant-only seating for work or lunch, reflection, or private events.

This unique 6,000 sq. ft. seven-hole country-club style putting green and adjacent Turf Club Terrace entertainment space brings optional casual fun and planned team collaboration, right on site. Activities include the putting green, bocce ball, and “bags.”

Tenants can reserve up to seven days in advance, and use for work gatherings or team outings to build collaboration and camaraderie.

During the summer months, SPS Tower’s team organizes weekly food trucks, and lunch-time music every Wednesday from Memorial Day to Labor Day. In addition, tenants can sign up for both bocce ball and bags tournaments, along with special golf events.
