Seasons of Change: Elevating the Workplace Experience
The owners and management of SPS Tower are always looking to the future to reimagine the workplace of the future. With a deep commitment to sustainability, the team has implemented energy efficiency improvements, from lighting to geothermal heating and cooling.
The tower continues to evolve with significant projects planned or completed with a commitment to thoughtful, elevated design in every detail.
- A $2-$3 million updated conference center and tenant lounge, along with upgraded bike storage facilities.
- $10-$12 million conversion to geothermal heat will give SPS Tower the lowest carbon footprint in downtown Minneapolis.
- Retrofitting lighting in the parking ramp to reduce consumption.
- Five custom-designed spec suites with an exclusive two-story tenant lounge
- The unique Turf Club Putting Green, which opened in the summer 2024, is a 6,000 SF seven-hole country-club style putting green and adjacent Turf Club Terrace entertainment space.
- Renovated first-floor and skyway gathering spaces with new iconic lighting and seating. A sculptural lighting fixture on the skyway level is more than illumination – it’s a statement. Created in collaboration with Yellow Goat Design and Studio BV, it brings energy, movement, and a sense of artistry to one of the building’s most visible spaces.
- Updates to the security desk and infrastructure. Stop by and chat with Ismael and his crew.
- Destination Control Elevators that are more energy efficient and secure
- A new design moment has landed at SPS Tower, Minneapolis.
