SPS Tower Tenant Services

Creating the SPS Tenant Experience

The entire SPS Tower team focuses on offering an extraordinary tenant experience every workday. From monthly event themes, a weekly food truck rotation, to the nicest security staff (to tenants) in downtown, the goal is to make working here positive and fulfilling. 

In addition to the tenant amenities, the building’s calendar includes special events for every major holiday and some we make up.

The cleaning and security teams are top notch, maintaining a safe and tidy environment. The building is well-located —close to key attractions without feeling overcrowded. Adding food trucks in the vendor lot has been a welcome improvement, offering more convenient dining options. The staff is approachable and friendly, contributing to a positive experience. Recent upgrades to the parking system and exit process have been appreciated.
