- Capacity: 627 underground parking spaces. 3,142 spaces within three blocks.
- Parking Ratio: 1:1000 RSF.
- Visitor Parking: Hourly.
- Free short-term surface parking.
- Additional Features: Air filling station on P4 level.
- 12 EV parking spaces, the most in downtown Minneapolis.
Bicycle Parking
- Please register your bike at the Management Office, Suite 250, located on skyway level to receive a bike tag.
- Bikes not registered will be removed. Secure parked bikes with a lock.
- Free underground storage with registration.
- Additional bike racks on-site.
New Look Car Wash
- Make appointments Tuesday through Thursday to spring clean your car.
